2025 S.T.A.R.S. Summer Camp Registration Form

 

Please fill out a form for each child attending camp. Scroll to the bottom under signature to save and resume if you need more time.

A complete/updated health form may be uploaded as a PDF on this registration, or a copy may be sent in to the Upper Campus in a "Summer Camp" labeled envelope no later than June 2nd for review.

The $200.00 per child deposit is due Friday, March 28, 2025, and will be applied to your overall camp fee. Current student families will see a charge on Blackbaud in April. Newly accepted student families must send in a check payable to Saint Ignatius Loyola School to the Upper Campus in a labeled “Summer Camp” envelope by March 28th.

Late fees begin after Friday, May 16th. Remaining balances are due Monday, June 2nd.
